Annual
Spring Cleanup
Well, "Spring has sprung", bringing everyone's favorite task, "Spring cleaning"
to hand. That said, the Tabusintac LSD would like to encourage all who can, to participate in our annual spring cleanup.
On Saturday, April 24, garbage bags will be available at the community hall, and we ask you take some time to adopt
a section of roadway, and help make it litter free. It's a great opportunity to team up with a friend or neighbor, and
make your community shine.
When your garbage bags are full, we ask that you just place them out with your regular
household garbage.
Thank You all for your efforts in this manner.
The Tabusintac LSD would also like to
thank our local businesses for their past
support in purchasing advertisments in the Tabby Tattler. We want to take
this opportunity to let everyone know once again, that we are happy to
publish entries from individuals free of
charge.
Advertisments from commercial enterprises continue to be welcomed. Note
below, the pricing structure when
placing ads for your business:
Quarter Page in Tabby: $5 per month, or take advantage of "per year"
price
of $50.00
Half Page in Tabby : $10 per month, or take advantage of "per year"
price of $100.00
Invoices
will go out in April to those businesses who are presently listed
in the Tattler. tablocser@nb.aibn.com
Thanks
again,
Tabusintac LSD Chairperson

TCCI
The annual meeting of the Tabusintac
Community Center Inc. was held on March 25. Over 50 community residents attended to hear on update on the project, what has
happened over the past year in the continuing struggle to have a new school and community center built and what may happen
in the future.
Many people asked questions and voiced their opinions about the situation. This feedback is very important
to us and instrumental in the decisions that have been made in the past and will be over the next year.
Elections for
directors were held. We welcome Jason Stewart and Tanya Comeau to the board.
They join Fraser McCallum- chairman, Jody
Holmes - vice-chair, Gail Savoy - secretary, Tanya McEachern - treasurer and directors - Rosie Mecking, Myles Harding, Ronnie
MacEachern, Dean Harding, Benno Schafer and returning directors Chris Avery, Bill Vye and Billie Joe Fowler.
We thank
the outgoing directors Colin Harding and Amanda Simpson for their work on the board. Colin Harding was a board member since
TCCI's beginnings in 2001 and represented the Tabusintac Local Service District
